What we do
We take on management functions as CRO, CTO or (interim) CFO, as well as executive positions such as managing director or board member, during restructuring, transformation processes and special situations.
We define measures with management and stakeholders and implement them consistently. This includes measures to increase operating results and value as a prerequisite for new financing structures.
We support our CRO/CTO by managing an assertive Project Management Office (PMO) and are responsible for ongoing reporting to internal and external stakeholders
In acute crisis situations and in an insolvency-related environment, we introduce a powerful cash office for planning, reporting and optimising short-term liquidity.
We specialise in monitoring and operational management of insolvency risks. And if required, we assume mandate functions to leverage the potential of self-administration proceedings.
